The video conferencing service in the research network
DFNVideoConference (DFNVC) provides the users of X-WiN and all other scientific institutions with the opportunity to conduct multimedia communication using a PC, a workstation, a videoconference room system or a telephone with multiple participants using the X-WiN as communication network. Institutions outside of X-WiN can also be reached using the service.
The video conferencing service is included in the scope of service of DFNInternet. Thus the fee for the service is included in the payment for DFNInternet Service.
All information concerning services offered and inquiries about organizational issues, e.g. about access to the service and order forms, can be retrieved from DFNVC-Portal.
