Control of exports
The Act on the Control of Military Weapons, the EC Agreement, No. 428/2009 called the Dual Use Agreement and the Foreign Trade Agreement define the legal framework for exports of goods, such as military weapons, armaments and dual use goods), and the performance of technical support in connection with end-user proliferation of NBC weapons and rocketry in arms-related use. Legal measures connected with the imposing of an embargo on certain countries or persons are added.
